it would be interesting to see how many members used hours vs. run hours are the same.

Just to be clear for those reading, the ResMed machines do blow for a humidifier cool down period. PRS1 machines don't.

Thanks Archangle. I didn't know. Would it record enough hours to account for the difference cited by the O.P.?

Hi,

My blower and machine hours are both at 4086.7. I checked blower hours through the patient menu after I took the machine home. It was at or near 0. The numbers also agree with my using the machine for16+ months at about 8.5 hours per night.

I forget how long it blows, maybe an hour after you turn it off. I don't see the numbers you're talking about. Figure it adds an hour or two per day, so about 10% more hours, 20% is you take a nap most days.
