Thanks very much for that Zonk.

Not sure if I will require one of those or not.
All I know is I am still very tired throughout the day. Have tried all sorts of changes to my daily patterns, except my medications. With my headaches I cannot afford to lower my meds., been there done that and not a very good result.

I go to sleep specialist on 3rd May. It won't come quick enough. Hopefully he will have an answer for me, even if it is what I already suspect, it will just be good to have it confirmed officially.

I was left alone in the house yesterday and last night so yesterday I decided to have a nap about 2pm. The next thing I knew it was 9pm! I went to the bathroom returned to bed and slept through until 7.30 this morning.
So 17 1/2 hours later I felt as if I had been run over by a truck. I had my mask on for all of that time.
AHI 2.76
Leaks 8.40
Good results I thought for such a long nap.

I could roll over and have a nana nap now if I let myself

That is the exact test I took...no results yet. I stayed awake for the 4/40 min periods. I'll let anybody who needs or wants to know what kind of results (bad or good ) are explained to me.

Are you saying you did not go to sleep at all during any of the 40minute blocks?
That would be a good result?
