Making a date adjustment after international travel

I went on a cruise starting three time zones early for my residence, and then returned via the Panama Canal to my time zone. I didn't touch a thing on my AS10 Elite, and it seems to have either done nothing or to have self-adjusted.  Without altering or fiddling with anything, I seem to have a machine still on local time.  Maybe the simplest thing to do is, as was suggested....do nothing.
