Even though your machine is back to normal, it's worth reporting it to the DME who sold the machine to you. If a pattern of "dropping data" starts to emerge on a regular basis, you want there to be a record of it ....

Session times are not right as I know that I didn't go to bed that early. I think it was just a hell of a data glitch. There is no way I would sleep all that time with the machine off.

Thanks for the advice. I'll check if it is still under warranty as I'm in Australia and it was bought in the US.
