I didn't say the mask caused the lower jaw to move forward. I said I assume it would be more likely for the lower jaw to move forward and I imagine a number of things could cause that including bruxism, TMJ, weight changes and more.

I guarantee you that two days of not using BiPAP did not change your facial bone structure and did not affect your bite for that reason. What it may have been doing is causing bruxism and the different muscle flexion etc may have affected lower jaw positioning.
