Mask sounding like elephant calls and waking me all night
HELP! My Resmed Airfit was working fine for about 4 months and now it "screams" at me with air rushing 5-6 times a night. I have to wake up and readjust then it still does it again Arghhh. Any suggestions?Huhsign
A couple of things: your profile says pressure of 80? no machine can do that. If you are running an APAP machine, the machine changes as you need it, perhaps you are needing higher pressure right now and the old mask settings are just not containing it.

the head gear could have stretched and you need to find the "new" adjustment for it.
You could have shifted your sleeping position and it is now hitting the pillow
Welcome to Apnea Board mummer1962!

I'm sure you will get more responses if you would fill out your profile properly.
Machine: There are several ResMed machines??
Pressure: 80 = not possible. CPAP's/APAP's go up to 20. BiLevels can go higher, to 25.
