Roger - I am having the same staining problem with the same CPAP unit, but different mask. I am using the Dreamwear nasal mask. However, are you using the chin strap (black, with velcro fasteners)? I have been blaming that chin strap and moisture for the staining. If you don't use the chin strap, let me know, because it may be the CPAP unit causing the problem. Sailingalan
