Masks, masks, masks
I'm in my third month using cpap.. started with a nasal mask, quickly went to the nasal pillow .. but being a mouth breather, I ended up with dry mouth and leaks that would wake me up ... so switch to a full face mask (f30i). it was better, but still lots of leaks that would wake me up. so last night I went back to the nasal pillow, but this time added a chin strap and a soft collar to the mix ...I think the OSCAR data was excellent, best I've had.  hoping I finally have a solution. I attached a screen shot of last night. comments?

thanks

RE: Masks, masks, masks
last night I used the original nasal mask (not pillows) but this time with a chin strap, collar, and cpap pillow. very low leak rate, very comfortable.. feels totally different (better) than anything I've used so far... Hope I've finally found something I can live with.. I'm looking forward to going to bed at night instead of dreading it.   attached OSCAR screen shot of the night, including sp02

RE: Masks, masks, masks
Last night I tried another new mask type for me  . full face  (F30)with hose in front instead of on top of the head like the F30i. surprisingly it worked perfectly.. virtually no leaks and no apnea.  again with the chin strap and the collar and cpap pillow .. three different masks in three days and they all worked!  I had major leaks before with the nasal masks and F30i full face... so I it must be the chin strap and collar and pillow are having a positive impact.
attached is last night's data.
