Medicare - how do you get backup supplies

For my current DME, I have to call them for supplies - they don't call me. Haven't had those questions with either supplier though.

Update: Called supplier last week and yes, they are now asking those questions. So, in effect, you are forced to lie if you have backup supplies.

I order my supplies from DME via an online system. As you check the supplies you want it asks the questions you are referring to. You check "yes" and move on to the next item.
