I am very pleased that you reached out to us for help. I am convinced that you really do want to feel better, and are willing to do what is needed. So if it's difficult for you to go to your doctor, would you please at least telephone whoever you can and ask if they can come to you? Even if they can't, an encouraging voice over the phone might do you well. But it does need to be someone in the medical field. So do what you need to do to help yourself.
