Might it have been the Nonny? I don't know much other than it says it's a smaller full face mask with a forehead bar. AG Industries makes it. It says it comes in a few sizes with extension straps to fit. There's a small bit of info on their website.

Yes, that's it. I can't seem to find the template for the mask sizes. No response from the manufacturer.

I looked at the manufacturer page to order thinking this may show options, but there's no masks listed to order under CPAP mask product.
