lol Still in processing. I am pissed (sorry for the language)!! Branch Mgr never has responded to a request from shipping! Wanted to see if the new mask made a difference but since my leak rate is low, I guess it isn't that important.
It is the principle now!! They screw up and I am not getting them to correct it and it has been over a week!
Too bad we don't know where to report this to!!
But, with my insurance, there isn't much choice on where to go so pissing them off too much isn't to my benefit b/c I won't have a place to get my stuff from unless I pay out of pocket and I am not doing that!
