Tried the F10 and no leaks but my pressures aren't as high as yours. Don't like the F10's smaller size even though it's also a medium as my trusted Mirage....

Comfort levels were similar. Just going to stick with what has been working I suppose.

I have been using the F10 for this first 3 months - not a long test and I am only 3 months into therapy. My pressure is 15-20. I found that I could not get a consistent seal if the pressure goes above 17 (95% is 15.0-15.6). Leaks are averages around 8-12 L/m with liners. But still blows out around 17-18 pressure.

I have tried RemZzzs, and Silent night mask liner with good success. Silent night works best and I only need to change once a week. I found that washing my face before putting on the mask makes a huge difference. If I take the mask off during the night - if leaks develop- then cleaning my face with a baby wipe re-establishes a good seal. I also use LiquiCell Nasal Cushions for the nose to avoid sore nose and it enhances the seal. I tried the larger gel pads but found that they tended to restrict my nasal passages and breathing. Tried band aids and mole skin but LiquiCell works best for me.

About once every 10 days the mask develops a mind of it own and goes to 40-50 L/m in spite of anything I do - usually after 3-4 hours on-time. I then go to a spare F10 with the same configuration and that, for some unexplained reason, solves the leak problem. I am hot natured so the mask seal may be somewhat degraded by heat of my face as the next night it again seals well.

I have had no issues with clogging of the vents with weekly washing when I change the liner.

The medum mask tends to leak at the corners of the mouth. As stated the width does not change with size only the length at about 1cm per size.

It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop. --Confucius
