Missing Session Time in OSCAR?

Missing Session Time in OSCAR?
Hey guys, the past few days oscar has been telling me my machine usage is only at like an hour or two when I had the mask on all night? I go to sleep with it on and wake up with it on after sleeping like 6+ hours. Is this normal?

RE: Messed up time?
The Resmed machine records a session-day as the period from noon to noon. It is possible that you are uploading your data at a time that misses part of the previous day's session. Your machine should have the correct therapy time on-screen. If it differs from what you see in OSCAR, try purging the data from that day in OSCAR (Data/Advanced/Purge Current Day), then reload the data. What time of day do you normally upload data? Is the machine set to the correct time and date?

RE: Messed up time?
I normally input the data around 11am or so. I go to sleep pretty late though, especially now during quarantine I find myself going to bed at like 1:30am and waking up around 10 or 11

Sleepgains, I changed the title of the thread to better reflect your question. I'm sure you will get some additional ideas. Try purging a day and reloading it. It should work. If you can wait until after noon to do an upload, it might solve the problem.

Post a screenshot of one of those days where it says you only used the machine for 1 hour. May help track down the problem....

Erasing the card data and then purging the last day in OSCAR has fixed the problem. Thank you guys!
