Humidifier: systeme one humidifier with humidity set at 3 and heat set at 1
CPAP Pressure: 8

i think the backpack is a temporary solution that proved i do more apnea on the back. Maybe i can isolate apnea events that happen on my back and get the doctor to set appropriate pressure because the pressure doest seem to be enough for that position.

I have the feeling the cpap should be correcting that
