Mouth leak at the end of the night

Good morning everyone,

I hope you slept well.

Sometimes at the end of the night, after sleeping good, after like 8 hours of sleep. My mouth starts to open just enough but the pressures leaks out of my mouth

It really does't happen often. But when it does it a waking me up very often. I can fall asleep be awaken like 7 times in the last hour.

I'm wondering what is causing this?
Would a chin strap be the solution? Becausei dont want to wear a chin strap for an event that happens only once per two weeks. Are there any altenatives ?

Hi, Ghandi,

Sounds like you must be so relaxed at the end of the night that your mouth opens just enough to wake you up. Must be very irritating during that last hour. I've had the same problem, but after trying various solutions (that didn't work well), I switched to the AirFit F10. I think I could sleep on my face (if I didn't block the air vent) that mask is so secure and comfortable. Of course, this doesn't help you or answer your question - so hang in there as I'm sure someone else may have found a solution.

That's my body telling me I slep enough, and have to get up and drink some coffee and eat some breakfast.
