Actually my journey was only somewhat harder than Mrs. P10 -- I was on the forums reading all the advice for a week or so before first using the machine and then I was lucky (and smart) enough to START with a P10 back before they were popular and well-known.

My only real issues was nasal congestion. I spent the first month or two carefully irrigating and preventing congestion. Eventually the P10 was enough to hold my nose open (just like it holds the rest of the soft airway open).

Due to the excellent advice on the forums, I was able to do almost everything right. If not the first time, then very quickly when a problem cropped up.

And I did NOT roll my eyes at all....
