Oragel is another product for dry mouth. I tried Oragel and Xylimelts and liked the Oragel better. A chin strap might help to keep your mouth closed while you sleep. You can find them online or make a homemade one yourself. Some people have used sweatbands to act as a chin strap.

It does sound like you might have sleep apnea.
