My Journey from BiPAP Auto to Aircurve 10 Vauto

RE: My Journey from BiPAP Auto to Aircurve 10 Vauto
I try to do that.  The only time I can see the file is in the spo2 program.  When I try to copy it to a new folder this is what I get.  Sorry if I am so damn dumb but I just don't see how to do this.

My .spO2 data files are stored in, C:\Program Files (x86)\SpO2 Assistant V3.0.5\Data. GuyScharf's files are located in, C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SpO2 Assistant V3.0.5\Data.  I don't know if this is a difference between Windows 7 (me) and Windows 10 (Guy's) O/S.  All data files will have a name like, "*_user_1_1_20200712075244.SpO2.

If you still can not find them, using Windows Explorer (Windows key+"E"), click on your main drive (C:\).   Go to the search box, in the upper right,  and type, *.SpO2, and press the "Enter" key.  This will cause Explorer to search your complete C:\ drive for that file type.  When all files have been found, make a note as to where they are located on your computer.  While still in the search result pane, press CTL-A (select all) and then CTL-C (copy).  Now navigate to the directory that you had created from my previous post.  Once you are in that directory, press CTL-V (paste).  This will paste a copy of all your .SpO2 files there.  If you created this directory in one of the locations I advised, OSCAR should now be able to see these files.

Good luck!

In windows 10 I found if you uninstall the SPO2 application and then install in a custom location such as C:\SPO2 all of these strange issues go away, the SPO2 application is wrong to write application data to the Program Files directory

Why did OSCAR leave off the fist part and last part of the recording?  And in the 2nd image is the O2 drop and leak rate show mouth breathing?

Same question as yesterday, does the leak rate mean open mouth breathing?  The correspond to lower O2 numbers.  If so I need to get a full face mask...

Generally a flat-topped leak rate is through the mouth rather than the mask. Take a look at hybrid masks which use nasal pillows but also cover the mouth.

I'd like to see you try PS 5.0 and observe if O2 is better or worse.
