My hose management creation

RE: My hose management creation
Great idea, so one retractable reel will give the proper amount of tension? Have been looking to do something like this. Home made better than store bought!!

One reel worked great. Just what I was looking for. Thanks for the great idea, CrazyDreamer.

I suppose it depends on the weight of your hose and how far above you that it's hanging, but 1 reel seems just right for my setup. I showed it to my sister who made fun of me, thinking my wife would not allow it for the looks but my wife is fine with it. Maybe I've broken her in with enough other weird stuff, LOL.

That's a wonderful setup! Thanks for sharing.

Just to let you know though, this setup is not safe around young children and pets. I keep my mask under the pillow when not in use to prevent the cats from getting tangled in it when I'm not around. Just mentioning because we often never think of those things!

No pets are allowed upstairs where our bedroom is located. We'll give a stern warning to our 19 year old son when he comes home from college!!! Wink

For those that wish to replicate my creation, it's easy to lift the copper arm out of the PVC bracket and place under your pillow with the hose and mask.
