get an e-ink reader, they don't beam wake up! light into your eyeballs, or at least use something like redshift, f.lux, or twilight to adjust the brightness and color of a phone/tablet to something more sleep friendly.[/size]

2nd f.lux or if you have the cash, many e-readers today have a "blue-light" limit setting for night reading. I change my background to black background on white text for night reading on my high-tech $30 tablet.



Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. Access through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

I think I've put the parts to the puzzle together for what's going on and I'll just have to wait until I see my Pulmonary / Sleep Specialist ...
