MyAir Recording Mask Off Events

MyAir Recording Mask Off Events
Hope this is the right place.
Brand new to cpap and board. Been using my airsense 11 since Thursday night.

Why is MyAir recording that I have multiple mask off events? Last night it hit me with 3–but in 7:31 of therapy time, I didn’t move the mask except to lift it slightly to let it re-seal and settle. I didn’t get up for the bathroom...I’m flummoxed.

The first couple of nights I was 9-10, but I accepted it since I was monkeying with the fit, but last night I had the fit set before I started.

I asked my provider Friday, but the answer was they don’t deal with the app etc. I reached out to resmed, but they won’t talk to an end user, telling me I need to ask my provider.

First off, the Mask On/Off is a silly name. It has nothing to do with taking the mask on or off, instead it measures turning the machine off and on.

It will always be at least one.

That’s even weirder then.
Thanks.
