MyAir Website Down?
I have an AirSense 10 CPAP machine. For the last two days it has not reported any of my data. Yesterday it said no data available. Today it says they are having trouble with the site. Has anyone else seen this?
Is there any way to manually retrieve the data? Happy 4th, Bob.

Same problem
CPAP is a journey like “The Wizard of Oz”. It’s a long slow journey. You will face many problems and pick up many friends along the way. Just because you reach the poppies, it doesn’t mean you are in Kansas.

That's one of the reasons I don't rely on "the cloud" or other storage websites that are, for the most part, out of my control.
#SleepyHead is the better option or ResScan [forum login required]. Both give you control of your data locally on your own machine and aren't dependent upon an Internet connection or a third-party website. On MyAir, it is a convenience, I know... I'd bet that if you wait a couple days and they'll probably have the issues worked out.

Same here, Bob. My machine hasn’t uploaded data to their servers for the past two days. I moved the machine around to no avail.

Same problem here, and two nights ago I had my best night sleep since starting treatment. I really wanted that one recorded. C'est la vie.

Just got a email from Resmed confirming the outage. I do not use myself as sleepyhead has much more detailed data, but did setup initially.
