My body agrees with the sucking part.
I can't really go into the saga here, but even my GP was frustrated with this process. Thanks

Just a quick update to this thread. Increasing my Trigger Sensitivity did seem to reduce my AHI. I still want to collect more data, as I had a couple of less than perfect nights, due to a mask leak and insomnia, but I think it's looking better
