My DME does not offer a mask fitting under pressure, I get to look at them in the bag! I'm so discouraged at this time, haven't had a full nights sleep since I started this journey.

Do they offer a 30 day period where you can return them and exchange them, to find one that fits? If not, I'd tell them they're no better than Amazon and you're inclined to take your business elsewhere.

You don't have to buy masks from your DME even if that's where your Cpap was bought.

Take your subscription and find another DME as Hydrangea says.

A DME should offer you a mask fitting service and allow you a trial of one or two masks with the option to return.
