Any change recommendations to machine?

Any change recommendations to machine?
Good morning all! Yesterday was my second month using a cpap.  I don't have much issue using it but I do think it needs adjusting. Only things I have changed are the humidity functions and I did turn off the ramp up option. I'm a side sleeper and use an F30i mask currently but am going to try to go back to the N30i eventually (began mouth breathing using that but gonna try tape). When I did my study my AHI was 5.8 so I just barely qualified for a cpap but am willing to try anything tif it'll help the fatigue I always have. Appreciate any input and have a great day!

RE: Any change recommendations to machine?
It looks like you are experiencing some mask movement (see the spikes on your leak rate graph.)  Even though your overall rate is decent, the graph shows some steady leaks most of the night.  This can cause arousals which you're not aware is happening.

If you switch back to a nasal mask, you'll need to try mouth tape to control the mouth breathing.

I'd like to suggest a change in your pressure settings.

Minimum - 7.6cm
Maximum - 15cm
Keep EPR set at 2 for now.

The goal would be to even out the pressure swings for a better nights rest, but a lot will depend on mask comfort and mouth leaking/breathing.

Thank you for your input. I will give that a try. Mask fit shows good so the leaks must be me moving around- I'lll work on that. I'm guessing the goal is to keep the pressure line as even as possible the whole night?
