RE: Wanted: Data from Prisma Smart and Soft CPAP machines
Are you still in need of SD card data?

Father started using Prisma 25ST.
It's a 3 weeks data content.

Guy, do you want data from a Prisma 20A? I can probably have asm44 provide his data. We have been reading his Prisma 20A charts in this thread. http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...ing-better

I've just uploaded a few months worth of data from a Prisma Smart Plus, firmware version 3.11.0005.

Good luck!

RE: Wanted: Data from Prisma Smart and Soft CPAP machines
Hi,
I’ve been using a Prisma Smart Max since Feb 2022.

I’d be happy to supply you with data from the SD card that in the machine.

However, I’m not very IT literate with some things and I don’t have the slightest clue how I get data off the card to you!

Also- will this affect my SD card data that is used daily?

Please advise!

Regards,
Linda

Hi lindylou! - Welcome
First, copying your SD card will not affect any data on it. In order to guide you through the copy and backup process, it will help to tell us what operating system you're using. You will need an SD card reader attached to your PC. Some PCs already have a reader built in. If not, an inexpensive USB type connection SD reader can be very easily found online.

Hi Red,

Thanks for your helpful response.

I use a Mac laptop and the Apple operating system (so my husband tells me!)

He has given me a device which plugs into my Mac with a place to put the SD card in.

Awaiting further instructions from you!

Thanks,
Linda

Hi all,

I sent my files. They only contain 2 months of usage with my Prisma Smart machine. Feel free to ping me if you need anything more specific (I'm an IT guy)

Best regards
