Nasal pillows - p10 vs p30i

Nasal pillows - p10 vs p30i
I have a full face mask from Phillip's with the hose at the top of the head. I don't have much of an issue with mouth breathing so I think I'm going to try a new mask for when my Resmed BiPAP arrives.

I used to be a back sleeper but I think this UARS turned me to a side sleeper. I alternate between bac and side but mostly side now. The full face mask is already uncomfortable in and of itself, and also sucks for side sleeping.

So nasal pillows... the p30i also has the hose on the top of the head and the frame looks similar to the dreamstation, but I do find the frame a tad uncomfortable when my head hits the pillow. However it can get a good mask seal.

The p10 has more mask sizes (large included) but I don't think I'd need a large mask size. It looks a lot more lightweight and the hose is at the front (which I'm not used to), but it looks as if the mask could come off easily?

Both cost about the same, and ideally I want to get one. So what are the pros and cons of both?
