Need Advice

RE: Need Advice
Interesting thought and since I have no better advice for myself, I will give it a try.

Being an engineer, I look at graphs so let me ask this, the pressure arousal, I can see as possible at the 1:45 time frame as the pressure peaks but it does not peak at any of the other points in time where I wake up.  In fact, in all the others, it is dropping or level.

Do you still feel pressure arrousal is a valid POTENTIAL cause?  Regardless, I will still try your idea.  Got nothing to lose

RE: Need Advice
Waking up when the pressure increases does not happen instantaneously. You can come out of deep sleep and slowly wake up to the point where you take the mask off but your pressure has already started dropping. I think the point Crimson was trying to make was that there are quite a few pressure fluctuations and setting a tighter range may help. Starting from a slightly higher min should help even things out also.
