Need advise. My current CPAP and/or mask is too noisy.

Sterling, can you let us know what your AHI results and breakdown are, or perhaps post a chart from Sleepyhead? With a pressure of 16, your obstructive apnea should be pretty well treated, however many people need help keeping their head and neck aligned to prevent obstruction that occurs when the chin tucks towards the chest, or the had is turned at an acute angle. If you notice periods of obstructive apnea clusters, interspersed with some periods of relatively event-free time, this may be a strategy that helps you. Anyway, one more post, and you will be able to post a chart after your 4th post.
