AirSense 10 numbers

AirSense 10 numbers
I've been on CPAP for approximately 12 years. In that time I've lost 30 pounds. For the past 6 months my numbers have been very stable at

    AHI. 1.1
    CA.   0.1

Do I still need the CPAP ?

Thanks for your help, Tom

RE: AirSense 10 numbers
Hi Tom. The fact your numbers are so good may be because your apnea is cured but that's very unlikely. Most likely it just shows that your machine is doing its job.

The only way for sure is to have a diagnostic sleep test. You can get a rough indication by setting your machine to a constant pressure of 4.0 (or a little higher if you find yourself starved for air) and see what happens to your AHI.
