Run hours are the total hours on the unit. From My Options, click into it, and scroll to "About" at the bottom. Click into about to view run hours.

This shows how to access the full clinical menu by pressing the control knob and home button at the same time. https://www.apneaboard.com/resmed-airsen...setup-info
In the clinical menu, scroll to the bottom using the control knob to the About section, and read the Run Hours. That is it. The Run Hours cannot be reset without replacing the blower. Many savy advertisers will actually take a picture of that screen and post it in the ad.
