This is my 2nd sleep study i have done after getting a surgery on my throat to remove excessive tissues and adjusting base of my tounge cause even with CPAP i was being suffocated into it, even the study showing that i have " normal " sleep i still feel unrested and tired next morning is there something my doctor didn't inform me with or something he missed?

You had 232 periodic limb movements during the test. These are typically treated with meds. This is the only thing I saw that seems a bit off.
Talk to your sleep doctor about his?

He told me although it was abit high but the arousal was in the normal range, i have been prescriped " magnesium supplement" and a medication called " cymbalta " which i had to stop as it ruined more than it has fixed (12-19-2022, 09:02 AM)Brazen Wrote: Please block out all your identifiers (name, birth date, patient numbers, addresses, etc).
