Need help with oximeter readings

Need help with oximeter readings
I have mild OSA and have the following sleep-wake pattern and think it might be OSA-related:

Get to sleep ok, sleep through the night (I can recall dreams), awake to urinate, then defecate, then go back to sleep, awake a second time but with a gradual surge of adrenalin (and/or cortisol) which produces anxiety and high blood pressure. Once I'm up, both the surge and BP gradually reduces.

I read that when Sp02 drops too low for an extended period, an adrenaline burst will occur and cause hypertension, for one.

I have a deviated septum, cannot always breathe through my nose at night and have not been able to use my BIPAP machine without much discomfort as it forces me to breathe through my mouth which I posted on here .

The chin strap works by keeping my mouth closed during sleep, however, if I can't breathe through my nose, it defeat the purpose of using the machine. I plan on getting surgery done soon for this. In the meantime, I try sleeping on my sides.

Looks like I improved from a year ago - - - let me know what you think.
Both are without PAP:
