Need help with pressure settings

RE: Need help with pressure settings
I like it, and have the same advise. The residual hypopnea is not much of a worry and everything else looks pretty good. In a few nights an adjustment of 0.5 cm might be worth trying for a comparison. Way to go!

RE: Need help with pressure settings
Hi, last time I posted here was in 2018 and right after that I stopped using my cpap. I have been snoring a lot lately and having restless nights. I have started using my cpap again and attached a recording of last nights activities. I started off using a pressure of 8.5 because the last pressure i used of 10 was a bit uncomfortable for me and caused a lot of mask leaks.
I have attached both a graph showing my last results from 2018 using sleepyhead and one from last night. I felt better this morning but would like for someone to review my graph and let me know if there is anything that I can improve on with my settings.

Thank you Gilbert

Dropping the pressure seems to have caused the Hypopneas. You can disable the VS2 flag too.

Do you see how your obstructive events are clustered? This means that you may be tucking your chin. If your raising pressure does not fix your hypopneas,RERAs, and Flow Limits (You have RERAs, if you have RERAs you have Flow Limits) try a soft cervical collar

RE: Need help with pressure settings
Thank you Bonjour for the advice. I increased my setting to 9 and got the attached results. Should I keep the pressure at 9 based on the results or should
i increase it to 9.5?

RE: Need help with pressure settings
First, How do you feel?  You have some hypopneas, but they are so spread out that I would lean toward them being caused by position.  The CA's may be caused by the flex value or the increased pressure.  If you're feeling well, then I would leave everything alone for a few days to let your body normalize to these settings.  However, if you really want to change things, you might decrease your flex setting by 1.   That would increase your EPAP pressure to address the hypopneas and help reduce the CA's if they are caused by CO2 washout.

Keep it slow, I'd wait a few days because this is real close. How you feel is now very important.

RE: Need help with pressure settings
Thank you for the responses.
I felt good today and didn't feel sleepy / tired in the afternoon.
I will leave the settings as they are for now for a few days and then report back.
Thanks again
