No but i have never had a problem with swallowing air as some do.

I was titrated in the lab with a Fitlife total face mask. That night 15 stopped all events.
I dont relish slerping under 15 straight presssure so on the rare times i use a ffm i set miin 12 max 17. Gives me about a 2 ahi.
Nasal Eason min is 9 max 15 but it never goes above 12 and keeps at 1 or less ahi consistantly.

What was 90% pressure when using P10?
90% pressure 14 means, pressure was at or below 14 for 90% of the time, not 14 all long night long
I can set the machine on straight 10 and get reasonable AHI but not reasonable quality of sleep
I'm using nasal mask, whenever bit of nasal congestion, the machine assume flow limitation and ramp up pressure and that affect 95% pressure reading, put it higher than would be without nasal congestion .... YMMV

17 on a one night home test. At the lab during titration i at one point was 15 under 8cm.
However they classed me as severe because I my oa events lasted almost 2 min and my O2 would drop rapididly into the low 60s, after only 2 or three OA events and rise back up slowly.

Im not a case that an Ahi of 5 or 4 is tolerable because of that.
If im higher than 1.5 im foggy and sick the next morning.(

When I moved to the P10 on APAP, my 90% pressure dropped to 9cm (from upto 14 on F10 FFM). And most of it was due to the hunt n peck ticks of 1.5cm of PRS1 from my start pressure of 7.5. So that is why I went to a 8cm straight pressure.

Respironics boast that their Auto, always strive to deliver the lowest CPAP pressure possible
I haven't usee Respironics machines, so really my opinion does not count, here what they say

Common in the Respironics APAP models is a "hunt and peck" search pattern, as part of the device's algorithm is to find optimum therapy pressures in the face of airway resistance. The unit will increase pressure by 1.5 cm H2O over the course of 3 minutes and monitor the flow to see if there is an improvement. If there is none, the unit returns to the original pressure within 1 minute. If an improvement is recorded during the 1.5 cm H2O pressure increase phase, the device will lower the pressure by only 0.5 cm H2O. As there is no physiological component in this bench test, the unit consistently returned to the original pressure setting during periods of normal breathing. These are seen in the resulting device pressure profiles as triangular pressure increases/decreases.
