I don't see any evidence of periodic or cyclical breathing at the scale of these graphs, and your AHI is excellent. It is unlikely you need a bielvel with backup rate like the Aircurve 10 ASV or ST. All respiratory statistics are appropriate here, tidal volume, respiratory rate, minute vent and inspiration/expiration ratio. If you feel comfortable, this is excellent therapy results. I simply can't think of any way that I would change what is going on here. At EPAP min 5.0, PS 6.0 and maximum pressure 6.0, your minimum pressure is 11/5, and apparently it is capped at 14/8. the minimum pressure is meeting most of your needs and increased as much as 2-cm. This appears to be nearly ideal for you.

I realize that by the measures this forum uses, my sleep is wonderful and my questions seem silly. I wish my experience matched my numbers.

Can someone recommend a resource I can use to learn more in order to help troubleshoot my sleep myself? I finally have a doctor who is fully behind me and will support my efforts.
