RE: They want me to use a CPAP with oxygen concentrator
I saw a couple of questions about what insurance needs to cover oxygen at night. Medicare states that for a patient to qualify for nocturnal oxygen patient has to spend 5 minutes (not continuous) or more at 88% or below. Example would be you drop at or below 88% for 2 minutes, than 1 minute, than 2 minutes during the night than you'd qualify. Of course you have to go through a Doctor who uses a third party to run the test. They won't accept your own test.
