New Aircurve 10 ASV machine - help please

RE: New Aircurve 10 ASV machine - help please
like Very good with numbers it seems (unless chart shows otherwise, of which I doubt will be the case). Congrats on progress. Now, IMO, let's build a trend of a few days to see how it averages out.

I'd call the AHI part fixed. The charts that could give you extra data now, are the tidal volume and minute vent. The ASV pressure adjustments, follows the past few minutes of minute vent. So it's good to see that it is a nice even line, without too many low areas.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Not bad. You show real talent in drawing those lines via your Etch-A-Sketch.

Seriously, 0.13 AHI. That is real good. How's the feel grade?

Dave, Ajack thank you for your comments. Actually I felt really good in the morning. Usually, if I have apnea events in the night, I end up wanting to go to the bathroom in a real hurry! This morning my tank did not even need to be emptied urgently and I did not get up at night for that. Again, the user has to get to know the machine and build up a synergy that takes time.

you're welcome, and I agree there's a time-frame of getting used to machine. Glad you're doing better with your therapy.

Second night also pretty good. AHI 0.49 for about 8 hours under the mask. Restful night. The hypopneas were during flow limitations due to mask leakage. PS was too low so IPressure was too low. See attached
