New Airsense 10. Any reason not to use new, rather than old SD card?
I just received a new Resmed Airsense 10, replacing an identical unit (supposedly for Medicare purposes) I’ve been using since May of this year. I kept the old SD card, but it is my understanding that (1) if I use it with the new unit the old data will be overwritten, so that I might as well use the new one, and (2) by downloading data from that to Sleepyhead I will have all data from both cards.

Correct?

I believe you are correct in question #1. I will have to defer that to someone else. As for #2, yes you will have both sets of data in SH. SH will start a new folder for the new machine when it sees a different serial number in the data.

Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. Access through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Use the new card unless you have some specific reason to use the other. Cards are cheap these days. No data loss that way.

Get the free SleepyHead software here.

If it's midnight and a DME tells you it's dark outside, go and check it yourself.
