RE: New to CPAP - looking for advise
Your machine is detecting leakage, and those leaks may be arousing you, or the machine's response to the leak rate arouses you. Maybe both. If you feel air around your eyes, for example, that will arouse you because your eyelashes are sensitive.
So, you'll maybe want to lie in bed, awake, with your machine in service, mask in place, and try lying in different positions, those in which you awaken, or those you know from experience you're likely to take most often. See if you can sense where leakage is taking place.
You may need to enlist an agent to hold tissue paper strips around your face to see if they deflect and move when they get near your mask. This isn't going to take two minutes; it might take three or four times as long to get all combinations of head attitude, head-on-pillow placement and angle, and the deflection and deformation of the cushion when you move or adopt a position and sag into it as you would when you fall asleep, say after turning over during the night.
You might, if you're creative and determined, need to simulate restrictions of flow, or 'flow limitations', to get the machine to ramp up it's pressure, at which you'll probably detect more leakage.
I don't see a strong indication that you're leaking from your mouth, or that you're tucking your chin and getting clusters of events that way.
I think you may need to change the leak rate Y-axis on the charts to 0-80 to add some definition. I'm not so concerned about leaks when your therapy is consistently less than 5-hours per night. Your results can be perfect and you won't feel any better if you don't get enough time.

RE: New to CPAP - looking for advise
@Mesentria - Thank you for the feedback. I will investigate leakage tonight. I may even try a different size pillow or look at getting the other adapter with the silicone pillows.
@sleeprider - I've attached the revised screenshots showing the leakage. Thanks for looking into this.
