New CPAP Machine

New CPAP Machine
I've been using a ResMed S9 CPAP successfully for 6 years, set at 12. I just received a new AirSense 10 AutoSet, set up as a CPAP at 12. However, the flow through the new machine seems much stronger than my S9. Is there a difference in the settings, or could my old machine have just degraded over time?

Thanks.

RE: New CPAP Machine
You may have been using exhale pressure relief (EPR) on the other machine, or it may not have provided the pressure as it got older. They are very similar machines in deliver of therapy.

RE: New CPAP Machine
I have EPR turned off on both machines. The weird thing is that the flow/pressure seems to increase when I inhale on the AirSense. The pressure was constant on the S9.
