The price of the 6 inch AlaxoStent from Alaxo's Web site is $974.00.
It is Rx only. My doctor would write an Rx. Will Medicare pay? I'm
guessing no, judging from comments here.
There is another product, the Nastent, which appears to be useful
only for upper airway issues.

RE: New CPAP, new thread
Here's 3/17. The screenshots are:
-- the whole night
-- each of the two sessions separately
-- an expansion early in the night
-- another in the shaded zone later.
The second session has a better AHI. Maybe the fit after the bathroom break was better?
Lots of leaks, but Leak Rate is zero. ??? Snoring much lower.
This pressure setting "feels" more comfortable than earlier lower settings.

Last two, both expansions. Didn't see CAs at lower pressures.
Didn't look at a whole night's data in detail, so maybe they were there.

Let's try this another night or two to see what results consistently look like. Looks like it helped with OAs but might have caused some CAs. Potentially some of your issues are mixed apnea related.
Yes, standard configuration: tape, wedge, "new" collar.

Tape was solid. Didn't remove it at break. I think it was the mask.

Order: overall night; first session, high API (12.92); second session, low API (1.41).
Good mask position seems to be important. Or something.
Not a restful night.
