Newbie sharing results of lower AHIs

Newbie sharing results of lower AHIs
I just wanted to share latest results of my AHIs since implementing advise from board members. During December my AHIs were below 10 and since Jan 4 they've been below 2.

Here is the link to Sleepyhead charts: https://imgur.com/a/Jn1VT

On Jan 4, I raised pressure to 11, started wearing cervical collar. I also switched from ffm to nasal pillows (much more comfortable). These are the lowest AHIs since I starting using CPAP on Dec 4, 2018. I am quite pleased with results.

Thanks

Looking good. As you found on most of your charts. The dreamstation minimum pressure does like to be just a bit under 90/95% number.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Well done Mr Walters, it does pay to persist instead of throwing in the towel.
A drop from 10 down to 2 is very good.
You might be able to get it down lower, but you might not feel any better than you are now.

So well done on your efforts Smile
