New Machine
I just received a new Resmed 10 to replace the one I had (long story). Now when I try to change the serial number in my air, I get an invalid serial number and or device number when I try to save. Any ideas?

Did you buy the machine used?
It might be registered with somebody else?

The machine was definitely new and it showed up registered to me even though kept showing an error on the app. The machine has been reporting ever since.
