no indication of plm in latest screenshots. 3 and 4 mask off's though, not counting the final ones for the night, and presumably some arousals and awakenings without masking off. any ideas why? a pee break or 2 is common, 3+ mask offs could be taking a toll.
  Shy   I have no particular qualifications or expertise with respect to the apnea/cpap/sleep related content of my posts beyond my own user experiences and what I've learned from others on this site. Each of us bears the burden of evaluating the validity and applicability of what we read here before acting on it.

We're needing to see a trend, but your SpO2 indicates a possible issue. Not so much the drop to 83 but that it was below 90% for 7 minutes 16 seconds. I'd be chatting with the doc on this.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe from drinking too much water if it's from recent screenshots? Was waking up every 2-3 hours for pee break and drinking more water. (Following what the doctor recommended for kidney health for the next 2-3 weeks.)

After turning off ramping (didn't noticed a difference in term of comfort), it did get better last night:
