I would be happy just to sleep through the night. I wake up every morning around three. I can't just roll over and go back to sleep because it feels as if my blood just stopped circulating and nothing is working. The only way to relieve this is to Stand up and walk around and get my blood circulating. Whether I have an apnea at that time I don't know because I have so few events. My AHI is only 6.7 with a majority being hyponeas. But when I do have one my desaturation is pretty low.
Once I get up out of bed I am no longer sleepy and often I don't get back to sleep.
They seem pretty concerned about the level of desaturation and the fact that I have a slow heart beat at night and tachycardia in the day.

Welcome Lukie, remember the mask is the most important part, ... if you're getting a FFM I just got a Resmed Quattro Air

I am thinking of a ResMed full face quatro.

Also the Mirage Quattro looks good for jaw drop.

Lukie, as a Newmember and long time CPAP user with jaw drop, I think the Mirage Quattro is the way to go.

What about the quatro air. It looks light.
