New Member And Oscar Data Meaning
[attachment=11591][attachment=11591][attachment=11592][attachment=11592][attachment=11591]I was diagnosed with AFib three years ago and after several failed cardioversions underwent successful surgery for it six weeks ago. Prior to the surgery the cardiologist scheduled me for a echo stress test and a sleep apnea test. I passed the echo stress test but the sleep apnea test showed I have complex sleep apnea with cheyne-stokes and a AHI of 21. I received my machine ten days ago and just uploaded the Oscar data today. I would appreciate it if some of the members could do a quick read of my data and give me their analysis. In viewing it I'm a little concerned about my mask and leakage data. If I downloaded the same chart twice, my apologies.
Thanks, Chuck

RE: New Member And Oscar Data Meaning
You did duplicate a couple of charts, no big deal. Looks good for a start, you seem to be on a good footing, at least for now. Seriously your numbers are good, keep an eye on the PB, you don't have enough here to be worried about but having it at all is just a little bit unusual on an ASV. Also of note are your Snores and flow limits. These suggest that you may need a bit more pressure (min EPAP) and initial Pressure Support (Min PS). On the charts it looks like your min EPAP is 3, which is different that what the side bar is showing, We know about some issues there and will be addressing that but what are your settings from the machine.
