New Resmed 10 set to auto
Evet since I started using my Resmed F20 I feel like i'm sufficating with mask on. So I usually take it off to breath better. What am I doing wrong? The CPAP suppose to help my breathing while sleeping.

RE: New Resmed 10 set to auto
First, be sure you have set correct mask setting on your machine for full face.
Second, a minimum pressure of 4 does not work for most. If you have the AutoSet, then set the minimum to 7cm and maximum at 15cm. Set EPR to 2. This is just a basic start point. We can adjust after seeing some data. Also, be sure you have an SD card in your cpap while sleeping. Download OSCAR software. Take a screenshot of the daily page as outlined in this link: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...ganization Then use the attachment feature to post your data here for review.

![]() I completely agree with Rose. Minimum pressure is too low and no EPR means poor ventilation. You're going to like the new settings.

As an aside, I started out using the AirFit F20 mask. I did okay with it and had no problems.
But, when the AirFit F30 came out, I ordered one and it's now the one I use most of the time. Big difference in comfort. I'm a mouth breather and it suits me very well.

Welcome to Apnea Board.
I vote also for lack of EPR and too low Min pressure. Show us the data via OSCAR and we can go over the stats.

Welcome to the forum!
Predict that changes suggested will really help you as they did me when I got my first apap machine.
