I read for about 15 minutes and it helps to calm my mind down and then I fall asleep fairly quickly after putting the book down. Other than that and sleep, I'm only even in that room when it's time for bed, so my brain associates the room itself as a place for rest.

Yep, that's what pretty much every CA event looks like.
